Jar file download but does not open
Question: Q: Can't open a .jar file HOW? Hi, I'm trying to open a .jar file, don't even know what one is, but anyway. I need the file to install a piece of software from my bank. Each time I try to open it I get an error: the file could not be launched, check the console
None of it works. I don't have this issue on my other computer. I did the exact same thing with it, and it works. The only difference it's that the Optifine file type is "Executive jar file" on my other computer. On this Windows 10 laptop, the Optifine file type is "JAR".
